Delete Your Sleuth Scouts Account
Sleuth Scouts is made by Top Branch Studios. You can delete your account and all of its data directly in the Sleuth Scouts app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open Sleuth Scouts and sign in.
- Tap the Settings button (the sliders icon) at the top of the case list.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE in the confirmation box and tap Delete My Account.
Your account and all associated data are removed immediately.
One sign-in, shared across our apps. Your Sleuth Scouts sign-in is a Top Branch Studios account, which also works in our other apps, such as Giggle Gaps. Deleting it removes the account, and everything saved with it, from all of our apps.
What gets deleted
- Your account, your sign-in, and the email address it uses
- Your saved case progress and solved cases in Sleuth Scouts
- Anything saved with the same account in our other apps, such as stories in Giggle Gaps
What is kept
- Anonymous usage statistics. These record how the app is used (for example, that a case was started), tagged with a random ID created on your device. They contain no name, email, or account ID, so they cannot be connected back to you or your account. They are deleted automatically after two years.
Can't get into the app?
Email cam@topbranchstudios.com from the address associated with your account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.
